Final semester of undergrad. Surreal.

Looking back: walked in knowing nothing about property, walking out able to analyze markets, understand valuations, and think critically about policy. But the growth wasn't just academic - time management, collaboration, handling pressure, asking for help.

Courses are good. Real Estate Finance is particularly relevant for career stuff. Property Rights and Indigenous Land Issues is outside my comfort zone but that's why I chose it. Capstone project with a real community organization - real constraints, real impact.

Career question: What's next? Still figuring it out. Straight to industry? More study? Start something myself? Not having it all figured out used to stress me. Now I see it as being open to possibilities.

Success isn't just grades. It's learning things that'll help long-term, developing useful skills, building enduring relationships, growing as a person.

With so much focus on post-graduation, would be easy to check out mentally. Not going to do that. This semester deserves full attention.

Grateful for the opportunity. Excited for what's next, whatever it turns out to be.
